What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition

  • In the original packaging with tags attached (if applicable)

  • Free of deodorant marks, makeup, scents, hair/lint, smoke, or any signs of wear

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 3–5 business days for us to process it. When your refund is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Refunds can take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

 

Do you offer free returns?

We currently do not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We do, however, offer exchanges (when sizes are available). For full details, please check out our Returns & Exchanges page.

 

How do I know what size to order?

Most JOOCY AF pieces run true to size, and any fit notes (e.g., “runs small” or “more relaxed fit”) will be listed on the product page.

We recommend:

  • Checking the size chart on each product page

  • Reading customer reviews for real-fit feedback

What if I receive the wrong item or a defective product?

If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged/defective, email us at joocyaf@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • The item name

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the defect or incorrect item

We’ll review and get back to you within 1–3 business days.

 

When will you restock items?

Some JOOCY AF drops are limited and may not restock once they sell out.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

We offer a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects.

If you experience an issue within 30 days, email joocyaf@gmail.com with:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • The item

  • Details of the issue + photos

Please allow 3–5 business days for a response.

 

How long until I get my order?

We typically process and pack orders within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or launches, processing may take a bit longer.

Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the shipping method you selected at checkout. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking so you can follow your JOOCY package all the way to your door. 💦
