What items are returnable?

Items are eligible for return if they meet all of the following:

  • Returned within 30 days of purchase (or 60 days during the holiday season)

  • Unused, unwashed, and in resellable condition

  • Original packaging with all tags intact (if applicable)

  • Free of deodorant marks, makeup, scents, hair/lint, excessive wrinkles, or any signs of wear

  • Not discounted more than 30%

If items don’t meet these requirements, they’ll be shipped back at your expense.

What items are non-refundable?

The following are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items or items discounted 30% or more

The item I received is damaged

If your item arrived faulty or damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery at joocyaf@gmail.com.
Please include photos of the damage so we can help ASAP.

Can items be exchanged?

Yes — we’re happy to help with exchanges! Please note:

  • We do not currently offer free return shipping labels

  • The prepaid label cost is based on package weight and chosen shipping speed

  • We can exchange only for a different size of the same item, if that size is in stock

  • To exchange, submit a return request, ship your item back, and include the size you want

  • If you want a different color or style, we’ll process a refund so you can purchase the new item separately

  • Refund to original payment method

  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)

How do I ship items back?

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive an email with full shipping instructions.
As we are a small business, return shipping is not covered by JOOCY AF at this time.

How do I start a return?

  1. Visit our Returns CenterStart Your Return

  2. Enter your order number + email address

  3. Select the item(s) you’d like to return

  4. Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps and shipping guidelines

How soon will I get my refund?

After your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email update.
If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
